Middle Salesforce developer

If you are a Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of commercial expertise and are ready to contribute to a large-scale strategic project, we’d be excited to have you on board.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of commercial experience with Salesforce
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and Salesforce APIs
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Lightning Design System
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and development best practices
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using standard APIs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

     

Responsibilities:

  • Implement solutions using Salesforce technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
  • Refactor code to improve maintainability and address long-standing issues.
  • Assists with pre- and post-deployment activities to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Provide clear and comprehensive documentation of implemented solutions.

     

About the project

Client: a globally recognized premium hospitality company managing more than 130 upscale hotels and resorts in close to 50 countries worldwide.

 

It’s a large-scale Salesforce environment within an international, distributed team. The work focuses on enterprise-level development, system optimization, and ongoing enhancements, offering the chance to collaborate with an established client and work alongside a diverse delivery team (Developers, QAs, BAs, Salesforce Admins).

 

Stage: Ongoing product ecosystem with continuous scaling and active development. Modern tech stack, no legacy.

 

Entire Project team:  33 people. Solution Architect – 1, Tech Leads – 2, Salesforce Developers – 9, QA Lead – 1, QAs – 8, Admin Lead – 1, Admin – 1, SFMC Specialists – 3, BA Lead – 1, BAs – 4, PMs – 2.

 

The team you will be joining: you will join a smaller team created for a new client's initiative - currently consisting of 1 BA, 1 Dev, and 1 QA.

 

Interview stages:

  1. Pre-screening with Recruiter
  2. Technical interview with Salesforce Developer
  3. Interview with Project Manager / Delivery Manager
  4. Final interview with the client
