Requirements:

— 5+ years of experience with PHP/Laravel.
— Deep understanding of backend architecture, API design, and distributed systems.
— Ability to solve tasks independently and make responsible technical decisions.
— Production experience in Web3 domain (Non-custodial crypto wallet, DEX, CEX, etc)
— Proactive approach to exploring new technologies and continuously improving the product.
— Experience with blockchain, RPC nodes, or Web3 service providers (Alchemy, Moralis, CoinGecko, etc.).
— Experience with Go is a strong plus.
— Experience leading a backend team, including technical ownership, mentoring engineers, reviewing architecture decisions, and aligning backend development with business and product goals is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

— Lead the backend team, providing technical direction, mentorship, and regular feedback.
— Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and APIs using PHP/Laravel.
— Participate in architectural discussions and ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the codebase.
— Ensure high code quality, performance, and security of backend systems.
— Collaborate closely with frontend, mobile, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive features.
— Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
— Stay up to date with industry trends and integrate relevant technologies into the product.
— Contribute to integrating blockchain features, third-party provider APIs, and Web3 capabilities.
