Recruiter Full-Cycle. International Recruitment Agency

We are a growing recruitment agency working with clients in the US and Israel.
We specialize in IT, executive search, marketing, and business support roles.

We are looking for a strong full-cycle recruiter who wants to earn based on results and work with international markets.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing 6–8 active vacancies simultaneously
• Sourcing candidates (LinkedIn, direct search, databases)
• Conducting screening calls and interviews
• Preparing and presenting shortlists to clients
• Providing client updates on hiring progress
• Managing candidates through the full cycle until offer acceptance

You will fully own your roles — no micromanagement.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience (agency experience preferred)
• Full-cycle recruitment experience
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn required)
• High level of independence and accountability

• Results-driven mindset

   

Compensation

• Base salary: $400/month
• Commission: 20% per successful placement
• +5% bonus on the 4th placement in a month

Expected Total Compensation (OTE)

Depending on performance:

• $1,500 – $2,000/month with 2–3 placements
• $2,000 – $3,000+/month with 3–4+ placements

Your income directly depends on your results.
