Koscom Cable Inc. is a U.S.-based telecom construction company operating in 30+ states, specializing in fiber, FTTH, aerial, underground, and fulfillment projects.

We are looking for a confident and results-driven B2B Recruiter to help us expand our subcontractor network across the United States.

This is not just recruiting.

You will be recruiting companies (subcontractors), not individual candidates.

If you have experience working with the U.S. market, feel comfortable on the phone, and understand B2B outreach โ€” this role is for you.

 

Responsibilities

Source telecom subcontractor companies across different U.S. states

Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, phone, and email

Hold qualification calls in English with business owners and operations managers

Build and manage a subcontractor pipeline by region

Negotiate initial cooperation terms

Transfer qualified partners to the Operations team

Maintain ongoing communication with active vendors

 

Requirements

2+ years of experience in B2B recruitment, vendor sourcing, or lead generation

Experience working with the U.S. market

Strong spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)

Confident in cold calling and phone negotiations

Self-organized and comfortable working independently

Results-oriented mindset

 

Nice to Have

Experience in telecom, fiber construction, or infrastructure projects

Understanding of OSP / FTTH / MDU environments

Experience working with U.S. telecom companies such as:

Spectrum

Frontier Communications

Metronet

Experience negotiating rates or vendor agreements

 

KPIs

Number of qualified subcontractor companies sourced monthly

Conversion rate from outreach to qualification calls

Number of activated subcontractors

Expansion of coverage by state

 

Compensation

Base salary

Performance-based bonus per activated subcontractor

Growth opportunity into Vendor Manager / Team Lead
