Senior Product Manager - AML \ Fraud

As we actively scale our B2B direction, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager – AML & Fraud to lead the strategic evolution of our Risk & Compliance domain within the platform and ensure its scalability, automation level, and regulatory alignment.

 

Your Role

As a Senior Product Manager – AML & Fraud, you will own the strategic development of the platform’s Risk, Fraud, AML, and Responsible Gambling capabilities.

You will be responsible for designing and evolving a centralized Risk & Fraud ecosystem within Back Office — covering fraud detection, transaction monitoring, AML compliance, player risk scoring, multi-account detection, verification flows, and automation logic.

Your goal is to build a scalable, configurable, and regulator-ready 

 

Risk Platform that:

  • protects brands from financial and reputational loss,
  • supports compliance across multiple jurisdictions,
  • automates operational workflows for Risk Managers,
  • integrates seamlessly with Payments, Games, PAM, CRM, and other modules.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and drive the AML & Fraud product vision across the platform, aligning it with our B2B scaling and regulatory strategy.
  • Build and execute a structured roadmap for Risk, AML, Fraud, and Responsible Gambling capabilities.
  • Design and evolve core risk systems, including fraud rule engine, multi-account detection, transaction monitoring, dynamic player risk scoring, and AML screening (sanctions, PEP, adverse media, SoF triggers).
  • Develop automation logic for alerts, limits, restrictions, penalties, and account actions to reduce manual workload and increase operational efficiency.
  • Shape and enhance Risk & Fraud tooling within Back Office (Player Card, alerts, fraud points, manual restrictions, multiaccounts) to support Risk teams’ daily operations.
  • Define and monitor key risk KPIs such as fraud rate, chargebacks, false positives, time-to-detection, and AML case processing time.
  • Ensure regulatory readiness, including reporting capabilities (e.g., SAR/STR exports) and support for multi-license environments.
  • Initiate and coordinate cross-functional platform changes impacting Payments, PAM, Games, Bonus System, and CRM in collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Risk Operations.
  • Increase automation and configurability of the Risk domain to support multi-brand, multi-tenant scalability.

 

Skills you’ll apply

  • 5+ years of experience as Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong experience in iGaming Risk / AML / Fraud domain (B2B or B2C).
  • Deep understanding of:
  • KYC / AML regulations
  • Transaction monitoring
  • Fraud detection mechanisms
  • Risk scoring models
  • Sanctions & PEP screening
  • Experience building rule engines or configurable compliance systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to define scoring logic.
  • Ability to design systems combining automation + manual workflows.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.
  • Strong system thinking — understanding how Risk integrates with Payments, PAM, Bonus, Games.

 

Bonus points

  • Experience in regulated markets (EU, UKGC, MGA, NL, etc.).
  • Experience with AML reporting formats (SAR/STR, GOAML).
  • Experience implementing Responsible Gambling mechanics and national registry integrations.
  • Background in data analysis, anti-fraud analytics, or fintech.
  • Experience designing risk dashboards and operational workspaces.
  • Familiarity with Jira / Confluence.
