Head of Support/Delivery (Crypto)
For our partner, we are looking for Head of Support & Delivery (Crypto).
About the role:
A fast-growing, confidential product in the crypto ecosystem is looking for a leader to take ownership of the support and delivery cycle. This isn't just an operational roleβit's highly product-driven. The main goal is to bridge the gap between user feedback, technical delivery, and product enhancement.
What to expect:
Tech-heavy environment: A strong technical background is a must. Reading the technical architecture of crypto products and speaking the same language as the engineering team is required.
Product impact: Direct, strategic collaboration with Product Managers (PMs). Taking frontline insights and turning them into actionable product upgrades.
End-to-end ownership: Managing the entire delivery and support lifecycle to ensure a flawless user journey.
Must-haves:
Solid tech background.
Deep understanding of the crypto/Web3 space.
Experience collaborating closely with PMs and engineering teams.
