Account Success Manager

For our client, we are looking for Account Success Manager ๐Ÿš€ 

About the role:

The real work starts exactly after the client signs. A high-growth, confidential tech project needs an Account Success Manager to take the reins post-onboarding. The core focus here is transforming new clients into long-term, high-value partners. This role is responsible for maximising client retention and driving additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
 

What to expect:

  • Post-onboarding ownership: Leading the client relationship the moment the onboarding phase is successfully completed.
  • Retention focus: Driving high retention rates through continuous value delivery, proactive problem-solving, and relationship building.
  • Revenue growth: Identifying the right strategic moments for additional selling and cross-selling to expand the account.
  • Renewal ownership: Managing the renewal process and proactively mitigating churn risks.
  • Account growth strategy: Developing structured account plans to increase revenue within existing clients.
  • Account health monitoring: Tracking client engagement and identifying risks or expansion opportunities early.
     

Must-haves:

  • Proven experience in account management or customer success within a B2B/tech environment.
  • A strong mindset for retention and up-selling/cross-selling.
  • Ability to understand client needs before they even articulate them.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving retention and expansion revenue.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and close growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
