Senior/ Lead SRM
We are looking for a CRM Lead / CRM Manager to take ownership of player base monetization and retention across Tier 1โ3 markets. The key goal of this role is to grow In/Out and LTV through strong segmentation, communication strategy, and bonus personalization.
You will be responsible for multi-channel CRM execution, deliverability, reactivation, and regular reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills and deep understanding of iGaming metrics and player behavior.
Location: ideally relocation to Riga

Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM channels: Email / Push / SMS / Telegram / Robocalls
- Build and improve player segmentation strategy
- Drive player reactivation and retention programs
- Own deliverability and communication performance
- Work with bonus policy and personalized offers
- Run regular reporting: daily / weekly / monthly
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, VIP, and Support teams to improve retention

- DAU / MAU

Goal
Increase In/Out and LTV across key segments through communication, bonus strategy, and personalization.
Requirements
- Proven CRM experience in iGaming / betting / gambling
- Strong knowledge of retention mechanics, segmentation, and player lifecycle
- Experience working with multi-channel CRM and deliverability
- Data-driven mindset and strong reporting skills
- Understanding of iGaming metrics (GGR, In/Out, DAU/MAU, retention, bonus cost)
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (preferred)
