Senior/ Lead SRM

We are looking for a CRM Lead / CRM Manager to take ownership of player base monetization and retention across Tier 1โ€“3 markets. The key goal of this role is to grow In/Out and LTV through strong segmentation, communication strategy, and bonus personalization.

You will be responsible for multi-channel CRM execution, deliverability, reactivation, and regular reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills and deep understanding of iGaming metrics and player behavior.

Location: ideally relocation to Riga

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM channels: Email / Push / SMS / Telegram / Robocalls
  • Build and improve player segmentation strategy
  • Drive player reactivation and retention programs
  • Own deliverability and communication performance
  • Work with bonus policy and personalized offers
  • Run regular reporting: daily / weekly / monthly
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, VIP, and Support teams to improve retention

  • GGR / InOut
  • DAU / MAU
  • Retention rate
  • Reactivation rate
  • Bonus cost %

Goal

Increase In/Out and LTV across key segments through communication, bonus strategy, and personalization.

Requirements

  • Proven CRM experience in iGaming / betting / gambling
  • Strong knowledge of retention mechanics, segmentation, and player lifecycle
  • Experience working with multi-channel CRM and deliverability
  • Data-driven mindset and strong reporting skills
  • Understanding of iGaming metrics (GGR, In/Out, DAU/MAU, retention, bonus cost)
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (preferred)
