Middle/Senior Flutter Developer Offline

We are looking for a motivated Flutter Developer to join our team. You will be
responsible for building high-quality mobile experiences for iOS and Android, working closely
with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and Growth teams.
Your focus will be delivering scalable, performant, and user-friendly mobile applications.

What You’ll Do
● Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
● Build modern, intuitive user interfaces based on Figma designs and product
requirements.
● Implement core app flows (onboarding, subscriptions, chat, AI features, paywalls).
● Ensure full responsiveness and performance across iOS and Android devices.
● Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and third-party SDKs.
● Participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
● Optimize performance, reduce crashes, and improve overall app stability.
● Contribute to continuous improvement of frontend architecture and processes.

● Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Design, QA, and Backend teams.

Requirements
● 2–5 years of experience in mobile development.
● Strong experience building production apps with Flutter (Dart).
● Solid understanding of state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, etc.).
● Experience integrating APIs and working with backend-driven apps.
● Experience with mobile debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.
● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and app release processes.
● Clean code mindset and ability to write reusable, maintainable components.
● Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality.
● Good communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
● Ability to work independently and take ownership of features.

Desirable Experience
● Experience with subscription models (RevenueCat / StoreKit / Google Billing).
● Experience integrating analytics, attribution, or ad SDKs.
● Experience building AI-powered mobile apps.
● Knowledge of mobile architecture patterns (Clean Architecture, MVVM).
● Experience working in fast-moving product environments
