Junior Account Manager
PayAdmit is an international FinTech company specializing in payment orchestration and comprehensive B2B payment solutions
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to strengthen client relationships and support business growth
Requirements:
• At least 3 months of experience in B2B sales (preferably in FinTech)
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Experience in direct/active sales
• Experience in preparing commercial proposals
• Strong planning and objection-handling skills
• Experience working with service contracts
• Analytical mindset with forecasting ability
• Ability to process large volumes of data with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in FinTech, IT, Cryptocurrency, or Blockchain
• Experience in selling payment solutions or working with payment systems
• Previous experience as an Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Identify client needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
• Execute and follow through on sales strategies
• Prepare and manage documentation (contracts, invoices, commercial proposals)
• Monitor and analyze client portfolios and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality
• Participate in industry-related events and conferences (online and offline)
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
