CMO / Head of Growth

Digital company specializing in online marketing, traffic scaling, and e-commerce. We develop our own digital products and collaborate with international projects that require strong growth strategies.

We are currently looking for an experienced CMO / Head of Growth to accelerate our expansion and take our marketing to the next level.
 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Growth strategy
• Scale online sales, optimize funnels, and manage paid advertising
• Oversee digital channels: SEO, CRM, performance marketing
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize conversion rates and ROI
• Lead and manage the marketing team
• Strengthen brand positioning and launch new marketing initiatives
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing / performance / growth
• Strong expertise in building and scaling marketing funnels
• Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of key metrics
• Experience managing budgets and leading teams
• Fluent Russian
• Polish or English at B1+ level or higher
