Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications. You will work closely with stakeholders to improve processes, develop insights, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business or System Analyst, with the ability to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements effectively. Experience in the fintech industry will be considered a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in creating comprehensive technical documentation and using modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and system architecture principles.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience working with the project management tools (Atlassian, JetBrains and similar).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of tasks.

Job responsibilities

• Collaborating with the product owners to collect high-level requirements, ensuring they are effectively translated into actionable user stories / tasks.
• Working closely with the UX/UI Designer to ensure that system functionality aligns with modern standards and provides intuitive interfaces.
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and convert them into comprehensive system specifications that align with project goals.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to discuss and approve solutions with stakeholders, promoting transparency and consensus.
• Creating detailed specifications, diagrams, and process models to facilitate the work of the development team.
• Acting as a bridge between the product and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements across departments.
• Assisting in developing processes and documentation that enable clients to easily customize the platform to fit their specific needs.
