Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist (Ecommerce)

About Us
We operate multiple fast-growing ecommerce brands and are looking for a full-time Email Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our email campaigns and automation flows.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can design high-converting emails, build them directly in Klaviyo, and create lifecycle flows that consistently drive revenue.

Role Overview
As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will manage the full email marketing process across multiple brands:
 

  • Promotional campaigns
  • Automated flows
  • Email design and production
  • Optimization and growth

You will work closely with our team to execute campaigns that increase customer retention, conversions, and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Creation & Management

  • Design and build promotional email campaigns inside Klaviyo
  • Plan weekly and monthly campaign calendars for launches, sales, and offers
  • Segment audiences for targeted sends
  • Schedule, test, and deploy campaigns with strong attention to detail
  • Monitor performance and optimize based on results



Automation & Flow Development
Build and manage high-converting flows such as:
 

  • Welcome Series
  • Abandoned Cart
  • Browse Abandonment
  • Post-Purchase Upsell/Cross-Sell
  • Winback Campaigns
  • VIP/Loyalty Flows
  • Seasonal & Holiday Campaign Flows (Black Friday, Christmas, Summer Sales, etc.)



Optimization & Growth

  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, layouts, timing, and offers
  • Improve open rates, click-through rates, and revenue per recipient
  • Continuously update flows to maximize lifecycle revenue
  • Identify new automation opportunities across the customer journey



Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo
  • Strong ecommerce email marketing background
  • Proven ability to design professional, high-converting emails
  • Experience with segmentation, deliverability, and lifecycle marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and execution skills



Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Conversion-focused copywriting ability
  • Experience scaling email revenue for DTC brands
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting dashboards
