We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to streamline our sales processes, own CRM management, and ensure smooth lead distribution so our team can focus on closing deals.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales operations, business operations, or data analysis role, preferably within a SaaS or tech product company
  • Proven experience with CRM administration and management (Hubspot)
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with creating reports, dashboards, and monitoring KPIs
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in sales technologies and tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)


Will be a plus:

  • Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, any data visualization tools


Key tasks:

  • Manage and optimize our CRM (Pipedrive) to ensure data accuracy and visibility of key metrics
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to provide insights into team performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasting|
  • Support the sales team by creating and streamlining workflows, templates, and documentation for key sales processes
  • Administer sales tools (Pipedrive, PowerBI), ensuring the team has the resources they need to succeed
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and leverage data to improve sales productivity and results
