About the Role
As a Senior Software Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and evolving the MyWorkDrive platform. You’ll work with a highly collaborative international team of engineers, product managers, and QA professionals. We’re an agile company growing fast, and we value developers who combine technical excellence with pragmatism—someone comfortable balancing clean coding practices with real-world constraints like legacy code and necessary tech debt.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of core components of the MyWorkDrive platform using C# and ASP.NET.
• Integrate and maintain connections to third-party APIs and SDKs such as Microsoft Graph, Amazon S3, and OIDC-based identity providers.
• Collaborate closely with the product and QA teams to deliver secure, high-quality features.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues in distributed and large-scale environments.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices.
• Participate in peer code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to technology planning, refactoring, and modernization efforts as we evolve the product.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional background.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET and C#.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Proven experience developing, maintaining, and integrating REST APIs and external SDKs (e.g., Microsoft Graph, Amazon S3, OIDC / OAuth2).
• Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL optimization.
• Strong debugging, diagnostic, and performance-tuning skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a distributed environment.
• Clear, concise communication skills in English (B2 written and spoken).
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+ and modern software engineering practices.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Knowledge of enterprise authentication and identity technologies (Active Directory, SAML, SSO, Entra ID).
• Experience with file access, storage, or network security solutions.
