Graphic designer
We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer to support our Employer Brand, HR, and internal communications initiatives on a part-time basis.
In this role, you will help shape and strengthen our visual identity across multiple touchpoints. You’ll work on developing brand identity elements, creating engaging HR and recruitment materials and producing merchandise concepts that reflect our culture and values.
What you’ll do:
- Design recruitment materials (job ads visuals, offer template, presentations)
- Develop merchandise designs (apparel, welcome kits, event swag)
Ensure visual consistency across all materials
What we’re looking for:
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding and marketing materials
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools)
- Ability to translate ideas into clean, engaging visuals
- Good understanding of brand consistency and typography
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
This is a part-time (2-3 months) role ideal for someone who enjoys building something meaningful and contributing to a growing brand.
