Senior Growth Manager (Web Funnels)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Growth Manager (Web Funnels) to join our Growth Team and take ownership of a part of our conversion funnel.
In this role, you will drive measurable revenue growth by optimizing performance from the first screen to payment within our AI-based web products. You will operate in a multi-product environment with multiple active web funnels, each with different monetization logic and traffic sources, and will be accountable for delivering conversion uplift and revenue impact within your ownership area.
This position requires strong hands-on experience in B2C digital products, deep expertise in funnel optimization and monetization, and a data-driven mindset focused on experimentation, unit economics, and sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own and systematically develop a part of the funnel from first screen to paywall, with full accountability for conversion performance and measurable revenue uplift within your area
- Generate hypotheses and experiments to boost conversion rates (CR), ARPU, and LTV
- Ensure a predictable and measurable experimentation cycle with consistent delivery of results
- Optimize monetization mechanics (paywall, pricing, trial models, offers, upsells) within your ownership area
- Make data-driven decisions on scaling or rolling back changes based on unit economics
- Influence Business Unit prioritization through clear revenue-driven argumentation
- Enhance perceived product value within the funnel via offer positioning, messaging, and UX testing
Contribute to building and refining Growth processes in a fast-evolving environment, ensuring scalability and predictability of experimentation.
What we look for:
- 3+ years of experience in Growth/CRO/Monetization Manager or similar role in digital products
- Experience in B2C digital businesses with subscription models
- Hands-on experience working with end-to-end WEB funnels (LP โ signup โ payment)
- Practical experience launching and analyzing A/B tests (hypothesis formulation, test design, analysis, decision-making)
- Strong understanding of how value proposition and offer positioning impact conversion
- Experience optimizing monetization mechanics (paywall, pricing, trial models, upsells)
- Deep understanding of unit economics (ARPU, LTV, CAC, margins, revenue impact)
- Experience with user segmentation and behavioral analysis within funnels
- Strong analytical skills and confident use of analytics tools (such as Amplitude,Tableau, or similar web) to derive actionable insights
- Experience prioritizing hypotheses using impact ร effort ร revenue potential frameworks
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English.
