Project Manager / Business Analyst
We are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team and work full-time on a long-term client project.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong requirements management skills with solid project leadership and people management experience.
You will become a key bridge between the client’s Product Owner and the delivery team, ensuring clarity of requirements, predictable delivery, and healthy team dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Management & Business Analysis
- Elicit, structure, and document business and functional requirements.
- Own the full requirements lifecycle: gathering, validation, prioritization, refinement, and change management.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain and continuously improve the product backlog together with the client’s Product Owner.
- Ensure traceability and consistency of requirements across releases.
Project Management & Delivery
- Plan and coordinate delivery activities for a dedicated project.
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate sprint planning, refinements, demos, and retrospectives.
- Monitor team performance and proactively identify bottlenecks.
- Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and regular status reporting.
People Management
- Work closely with the development team (engineers, QA, designers).
- Identify and mitigate team-level risks (workload imbalance, burnout, communication gaps, performance issues).
- Support team motivation, engagement, and professional growth.
- Facilitate constructive feedback and conflict resolution when needed.
Client Collaboration
- Act as the main operational point of contact for the client’s Product Owner.
- Drive alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
- Manage expectations and ensure delivery commitments are realistic and transparent.
- Proactively surface risks, trade-offs, and alternative solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or hybrid PM/BA role in an outsourcing or outstaffing company.
- Strong experience with requirements elicitation and management.
- Proven track record of working directly with client-side Product Owners.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum processes.
- Experience in people management or strong team coordination skills.
- Strong risk management mindset (scope, delivery, team-related risks).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher - both spoken and written.
