Project Manager / Business Analyst

We are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team and work full-time on a long-term client project. 

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong requirements management skills with solid project leadership and people management experience.

You will become a key bridge between the client’s Product Owner and the delivery team, ensuring clarity of requirements, predictable delivery, and healthy team dynamics.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Requirements Management & Business Analysis

  • Elicit, structure, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Own the full requirements lifecycle: gathering, validation, prioritization, refinement, and change management.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the product backlog together with the client’s Product Owner.
  • Ensure traceability and consistency of requirements across releases.
     

Project Management & Delivery

  • Plan and coordinate delivery activities for a dedicated project.
  • Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, refinements, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor team performance and proactively identify bottlenecks.
  • Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and regular status reporting.
     

People Management

  • Work closely with the development team (engineers, QA, designers).
  • Identify and mitigate team-level risks (workload imbalance, burnout, communication gaps, performance issues).
  • Support team motivation, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Facilitate constructive feedback and conflict resolution when needed.
     

Client Collaboration

  • Act as the main operational point of contact for the client’s Product Owner.
  • Drive alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
  • Manage expectations and ensure delivery commitments are realistic and transparent.
  • Proactively surface risks, trade-offs, and alternative solutions.
     

 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or hybrid PM/BA role in an outsourcing or outstaffing company.
  • Strong experience with requirements elicitation and management.
  • Proven track record of working directly with client-side Product Owners.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum processes.
  • Experience in people management or strong team coordination skills.
  • Strong risk management mindset (scope, delivery, team-related risks).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher - both spoken and written.
