Polish speaking BA (Contract)

We are a software engineering company with 11+ years of experience delivering web and mobile projects for clients in the US, EU, Germany, the UK, and Australia. We are currently expanding to the Polish market and plan to participate in multiple tenders weekly.

To support this initiative, we are looking for a Business Analyst (contract basis, part-time).

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and review tender documentation from Polish companies
• Extract, structure, and document requirements
• Convert requirements into a clear Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for estimation
• Communicate with clients to clarify details
• Prepare and consolidate clarification questions before final bid submission

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Fluent Polish (spoken and written)
• Strong English (daily communication)
• Ukrainian is highly preferred
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving processes
• Proactive, confident, and solution-oriented mindset

Workload:

~10 hours per week
