Project Marketing Manager

RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications and regulatory technologies. 

We are looking for a Project Marketing Manager!

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst;
- Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, Waterfall);
- Experience in analyzing and changing internal business processes and adapting tools (CRM/ERP) to them;
- Experienced user of Atlassian (Jira, Confluence);
- Experience in requirements analysis, resource assessment, project planning, risk and change management;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and conduct negotiations;
- Ability to take responsibility and make decisions quickly;
- Ability to work in multitasking mode;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.

Will be plus:

- Experience working with marketing teams or projects;
- Work experience in the field of betting;
- Work experience in the field of Media Buying.

Responsibilities:

- Analysis and change of internal processes and adaptation of tools for effective team work;
- Control and coordination of tasks in the department;
- Creation of tech task and coordination of the technical team;
- Analysis of team needs and construction of reports;
- Interaction with other teams in the department and holding.
