Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will take ownership of CRM and related services: bring structure to tasks, maintain development momentum, and drive features through to release. We value a responsible and ambitious professional who truly owns the project and delivers results.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a PM/Delivery Manager in product or service-based development.
• Ability to structure requirements and drive them to completion: scope → plan → release.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and transparent task and reporting management.
• Basic technical understanding of integrations and software development.

• Hands-on experience with Scrum/Agile (planning, grooming, demos, retrospectives, sprint management).

   

Responsibilities

• Manage the CRM and related services backlog: prioritization, decomposition, task creation with acceptance criteria.
• Plan and control delivery: sprints/releases, deadlines, dependencies, risks, blockers.
• Coordinate the team and stakeholder communication: syncs, status updates, escalations, decision alignment.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation.

   

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM/ERP/AdTech/Affiliate Marketing or analytical systems.
• Experience building processes from scratch or optimizing delivery within a team.
• Experience working in a product company.
