We are looking for a senior Ops Head of Media to fully own and scale media operations within a performance-driven iGaming business.

 

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing Affiliate Marketing, Media Buying teams, and Retention performance, while acting as the main operational bridge between execution teams and C-level leadership.

 

The role sits at the intersection of Business Development, Media Operations, Performance Marketing, and Analytics, with full accountability for performance, reporting, and operational excellence.

 

 

What you will do

Own and manage all media operations across:

• Affiliate Marketing

• Media Buying (paid channels)

• Retention performance (LTV, repeat deposits, player value)

• Act as the operational owner between:

• Business Development

• Media Buying & Affiliate teams

• Product / Retention / Analytics

• C-level stakeholders

• Oversee and ensure correct execution of:

• Operator deal setups (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models)

• Tracking, attribution, and data integrity

• Offer calendars, promos, and compliance alignment

• Lead Affiliate Operations:

• Operator onboarding after deal closure

• Tracking QA and discrepancy resolution

• Operator-level performance monitoring (FTDs, CPA, margins, LTV)

• Supervise Media Buying teams:

• Performance monitoring across channels

• Budget efficiency and scalability

• Alignment with retention and monetization goals

• Ensure clear, accurate reporting across all media channels

• Prepare and present performance reports for C-level executives

• Support reconciliation, invoicing, and payout processes

• Identify operational gaps and continuously improve media processes

 

 

What we are looking for

5+ years of experience in iGaming across:

• Affiliate Marketing / Affiliate Operations

• Media Buying / Performance Marketing

• Business Development or Media Operations

• Strong understanding of:

• Affiliate economics (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)

• Media buying performance metrics

• Retention mechanics (player value, LTV, churn)

• Proven experience managing teams (Affiliate & Media Buying)

• Strong analytical mindset — confident working with performance data and reports

• Ability to translate data into clear insights for C-level stakeholders

• Structured, detail-oriented, execution-focused approach

• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills

 

English is mandatory for this role
