Affiliate Operations Manager / Senior BDM (iGaming)

We are looking for an experienced Business Development / Affiliate Operations Manager to support and scale performance-driven iGaming growth.

This role sits at the intersection of Business Development, Affiliate Operations, and Performance Marketing, ensuring that operator deals, tracking, reporting, and media execution run smoothly and profitably.

What you will do

• Act as the operational partner for Business Development and Media Buying teams
• Onboard and operationalize new operator partnerships after deal closure

• Ensure correct setup of:

  Commercial terms (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid, caps, geos)

  Tracking and attribution flows

  Promotions, compliance, and offer calendars
   

• Own tracking QA and resolve reporting discrepancies between internal data and operators
• Build and maintain operator-level performance reporting (FTDs, CPA, margins)
• Support reconciliation, invoicing, and payout processes
• Provide clear performance insights to leadership and stakeholders

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in iGaming Business Development, Affiliate Operations, or Performance Marketing
• Strong understanding of affiliate economics (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models)
• Hands-on experience working with operators and paid media teams
• Solid analytical skills and confidence working with reports and performance data
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
