AI Automation Specialist / OpenClaw Developer to $2500

You build systems that run themselves. You take a manual process โ€” content creation, ad management, product development, data monitoring, reporting โ€” and turn it into an automated pipeline powered by AI agents. Then you make sure it keeps working, getting faster, and handling more.

This is a role for someone who thinks in workflows, not features.

About us

We're a group of companies running 30+ projects across travel, fintech, mobile apps, and AI products. We operate globally and move fast. Our approach: automate everything that can be automated, use AI agents where humans are too slow or too expensive.

We work with OpenClaw (Moltbot) as our core platform for managing AI agent workflows.

What you'll actually do

  • Build and maintain AI agent automations in OpenClaw for marketing, content generation, product development, and operations
  • Design workflows: what triggers what, which model to use, how to handle errors and edge cases
  • Connect agents to external tools โ€” Browser, Chat bots, Google Ads, social media, email systems, APIs, Codex,
  • Monitor automations: fix what breaks, optimize what's slow, scale what works
  • Create approval flows โ€” humans review AI output before it goes live
  • Document everything so anyone can understand and maintain your systems

Your daily life: You build a new automation โ†’ test it โ†’ deploy it โ†’ monitor it โ†’ improve it โ†’ build the next one. Repeat.

What kind of person fits

You're a systems thinker. You see a repetitive process and immediately think "this should be automated." You enjoy building the machine more than using it. You get satisfaction from a clean workflow that runs itself.

You're NOT a product person who gets bored by maintenance. Half of this job is keeping existing automations healthy. If you only want to build new shiny things and hate maintaining them โ€” this role will burn you out fast.

You're a builder, not a dreamer. We need someone who ships working automations, not someone who writes strategy decks about what could be automated.

What you need

Must have:

  • At least a few months of hands-on experience building automations with AI
  • Understanding of how AI models work (Claude, GPT, Gemini) โ€” strengths, limits, pricing, context windows
  • Experience building any kind of automations (doesn't have to be OpenClaw โ€” could be Zapier, Make, n8n, custom scripts, anything)
  • Systems thinking: ability to break complex processes into steps and build reliable pipelines
  • Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON โ€” you don't need to code, but you need to understand how systems talk to each other
  • Attention to detail โ€” automations break on edge cases

Big plus:

  • Experience with OpenClaw / Moltbot or similar AI agent tools or platforms
  • Experience with prompt engineering and multi-step AI workflows

    What we offer

  • ๐Ÿข Office-based role in Warsaw
  • ๐Ÿค– Unlimited access to top-tier AI models
  • ๐Ÿš€ Work across 30+ real products โ€” not one boring project
  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ Fast growth โ€” we're scaling and your role grows with us
  • ๐ŸŽฏ Direct collaboration with the CTO โ€” no bureaucracy

How to apply

Please include:

  • Examples of projects you built using AI
  • Your AI setup: tools you use and how you handle limits and costs
  • How would you approach automating a process you've never done manually?

๐Ÿš€ If you want to build fast, experiment, and shape how the teams of the future will work with AI โ€” we'd love to hear from you.
