Web designer

We are looking for a Web Designer to create high-converting landing pages and e-commerce funnels focused on performance marketing.

This is not just about “beautiful design” - we need someone who understands conversion, user psychology, and direct response structure.

Responsibilities

• Design landing pages from scratch (Figma)
• Create pre-landers and performance funnels
• Build mobile-first layouts
• Structure pages for cold traffic (authority, social proof, CTA flow)
• Prepare clean files for development (Auto Layout, Dev Mode ready)

Requirements

• Strong portfolio (real commercial projects required)
• Experience with landing pages and e-commerce
• Understanding of conversion principles
• Confident Figma skills
• Ability to work fast and iterate

Applications without portfolio will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience in affiliate marketing / direct response
• Understanding of Meta / Google Ads restrictions
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO

Format

• Remote
• Project-based or hourly (negotiable)
• Long-term cooperation possible
