Senior B2B Sales Manager
We are a US-registered embedded staff augmentation agency with strong Ukrainian engineering roots.
We help product companies (mainly US-based, 1β200 employees) scale their teams with high-quality developers working long-term inside the clientβs team structure.
We handle sourcing, hiring, payroll, and legal structure β clients simply work with dedicated engineers on a monthly billing model.
We already have strong lead generation and market response. Now we are looking for a Sales Manager who will own revenue and turn pipeline into closed deals.
Role Overview
This is not an SDR role and not a junior position.
We are looking for a Senior B2B Sales Manager who can:
- Own the full sales cycle
- Qualify opportunities properly
- Run discovery calls with CTOs / Founders
- Structure deals
- Close recurring contracts
- Improve our sales direction
You will work closely with Head of Leadgen and have real ownership of revenue.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle B2B sales (US market)
- Conduct structured discovery calls
- Qualify leads (budget, need, timeline, decision-maker)
- Build and manage sales pipeline
- Run negotiations and close contracts
- Work with warm leads from LinkedIn
- Re-engage previous contacts
- Actively work open job signals and hiring triggers
- Help refine ICP and sales positioning
- Forecast revenue
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B IT sales
- Experience selling IT services / staff augmentation / dedicated teams
- Experience working with US clients
- Proven track record of closing recurring contracts
- Strong English (C1+)
- Ability to speak confidently with technical decision-makers
- Ownership mindset
Compensation
Salary (depending on experience) + Bonus: % of MRR from closed deals
