Creative Designer (Performance Marketing)
Role Mission
Create eye-catching and high-performing advertising creatives (static and video) that capture attention and drive users to install an app or complete a purchase.
You will work closely with the Head of Creative and the Media Buying team to produce scalable, performance-driven assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and adapt static banners in accordance with advertising platform requirements (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Edit short-form advertising videos (up to 30 seconds), using templates or creating them from scratch
- Quickly generate multiple creative variations for A/B testing
- Source and edit raw materials (video, graphics, audio)
Collaborate with media buyers to iterate based on performance data
Requirements / Expertise
- 3+ years of experience creating creatives for performance marketing (SaaS, gaming, mobile apps)
- Strong portfolio featuring static and video creatives with measurable results
- Understanding of performance metrics and testing logic
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
Nice to have:
Basic copywriting skills (ability to craft hooks, headlines, and short ad texts)
