Head of Creative (Performance Marketing)

Role Mission

Lead the creative direction within performance marketing. Develop and execute a creative strategy that equips the media buying team with high-converting advertising materials at the required scale.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and test creative concepts and hypotheses for advertising campaigns
  • Lead and manage a team of designers and video editors: set clear briefs and ensure high-quality output
  • Analyze creative performance together with the media buying team and make data-driven decisions
  • Build and optimize a structured process for creative production and testing
  • Ensure a consistent flow of scalable, performance-driven creatives

     

Requirements / Expertise

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role within a creative team at a performance agency or product company
  • Deep understanding of creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Proven experience building a creative team and processes from scratch
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics

     

Portfolio is mandatory (please include examples of performance creatives with measurable results).
