Project Manager Offline

🔍 We are looking for a Project Manager who will take ownership of coordinating the marketing team, building processes from scratch, and ensuring systematic and predictable performance across all performance marketing направления.

💼 The company is building a cloud gaming platform that allows users to play video games via browser, TV, or mobile device without the need for a high-performance PC. The product targets global markets and is rapidly scaling.

📍 Warsaw, office | Full-time

📌 Responsibilities:

• Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing activities
• Build and optimize cross-functional processes between Media Buying, Creative, CRO, and Analytics teams
• Oversee task execution, manage the backlog, and prioritize initiatives
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for C-level management
• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues during campaign execution
• Establish efficient operational processes within a growing marketing team
• Ensure transparent communication between all stakeholders

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing complex digital marketing projects (experience in a performance agency or product company is a plus)
• Strong understanding of performance marketing processes
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
• Experience managing multiple parallel initiatives
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Systematic thinking and ability to build processes from scratch
