Project Manager (Marketing Team)

Core Mission

To coordinate the marketing team’s work, ensure timely task delivery, manage the backlog, control budgets, and build effective communication between all stakeholders - Media Buying, Creative, CRO, Analytics, and leadership.

The marketing team is being built from scratch.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for all marketing activities
  • Establish and optimize cross-functional processes between Media Buying, Creative, CRO, and Analytics teams
  • Monitor KPI performance and prepare regular project reports for C-level management
  • Identify risks and proactively resolve issues arising during campaign execution
  • Structure workflows and build efficient operational processes within a growing marketing team

     

Must-Have Experience

  • 3+ years of experience managing complex digital marketing projects (preferably in a performance agency or product company)
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing workflows
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
