Project Manager (Marketing Team)
Core Mission
To coordinate the marketing team’s work, ensure timely task delivery, manage the backlog, control budgets, and build effective communication between all stakeholders - Media Buying, Creative, CRO, Analytics, and leadership.
The marketing team is being built from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for all marketing activities
- Establish and optimize cross-functional processes between Media Buying, Creative, CRO, and Analytics teams
- Monitor KPI performance and prepare regular project reports for C-level management
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues arising during campaign execution
Structure workflows and build efficient operational processes within a growing marketing team
Must-Have Experience
- 3+ years of experience managing complex digital marketing projects (preferably in a performance agency or product company)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing workflows
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives
Strong organizational and communication skills
