Requirements:

Technical Competencies
Experience: 7+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership role (Tech Lead, Team Lead, Engineering Manager).
Experience in Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, or Banking.

Architecture: Proven experience with microservices and high-load systems (Fintech/Crypto experience is a strong plus).

Backend Expertise: Expert knowledge in at least one backend language (Golang, Python, Java, or C++).

Web & Mobile: Solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js) and mobile delivery lifecycles.

Data & Messaging: Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and related ecosystem; caching (Redis); message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ).

DevOps & Cloud: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Security: Strong fundamentals in application security and secure API design.

Managerial & Soft Skills
Leadership: Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (Design, Dev, QA, PM) in fast-paced environments.

Project Management: Comfort with Jira, Confluence, and Agile workflows.

Communication: Fluent in Turkish and English; able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with Global HQ.

Problem Solving: Proactive and calm under pressure; able to remove bottlenecks and manage production incidents.

Responsibilities:

1) Technical Leadership & Architecture
Solution Design: Architect scalable, secure, highly available solutions for fintech products. Own key decisions on the tech stack, database design, and API strategy.

Backend & Infrastructure: Lead backend engineering (Go/Python/Java/Node.js) and database systems (PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse). Ensure performance under high concurrency.

Security First: Implement and enforce strong security standards (OWASP, encryption, secure coding) suitable for a cryptocurrency exchange.

DevOps Culture: Drive CI/CD best practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure operations to enable safe, frequent deployments.

2) Team & Project Management
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team across Development, QA, UI/UX, and Project Management.

Process & Delivery: Establish and refine Agile/Scrum processes. Ensure smooth collaboration across functions and reliable delivery against deadlines.

Quality Assurance: Own QA strategy across manual and automated testing, with coverage of critical user flows and security risks.

Hiring & Growth: Support recruitment in Turkey and run performance reviews and development plans (PDPs).

3) Product Delivery (Web & Mobile)
Platform Oversight: Ensure high-quality delivery across Web (React/Vue) and Mobile (iOS/Android/Flutter).

UX Alignment: Partner with UI/UX to ensure technical decisions support—not compromise—the user experience.

Nice to Have:
