About the Project:
A technology company that provides cloud-based infrastructure and platform services, typically focused on helping businesses build, run, and scale applications in the cloud.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Customers with product-specific issues over the zoom/email/ticketing system.
- Preparation, planning, and consulting with the Customers in regard to the deployment of the product.
- Installation of the product in cooperation with the Customers.
- Customer training in regard to the proper deployment/configuration, and usage of the product.
- Consulting with the Customers in terms of potential issues in the Customer environment, that could impact the proper functionality of the product.
- Preventive maintenance of the product to ensure optimal functionality, and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working with Windows
- 3+ years of experience in network infrastructures
- 3+ years of experience with Linux
- Experience with VMware
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
