Who We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for ambitious and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager who will fully own marketing end-to-end. This is a single marketer role: website, buyer personas, customer journey, content, LinkedIn, SEO. You own execution and outcomes.

About YouYou think in buyer personas, funnels, and revenue, not channels. You can turn strategy into concrete actions, pages, posts, and experiments. You are proactive, structured, and comfortable with fast-paced environment can self-organise and prioritize.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute end-to-end B2B marketing as a single marketer
  • Own and continuously improve the company website as a revenue and conversion asset
  • Implement in activities Buyer Personas, ICPs, and Customer Journeys
  • Align website, content, and channels to each stage of the buying journey
  • Build and manage founder-led LinkedIn personal branding
  • Own and grow the company LinkedIn presence
  • Execute SEO strategy hands-on with intent-based content
  • Support sales with demand, credibility, and objection-handling content
  • Track and report marketing impact on inbound, pipeline, and revenue

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing (services, SaaS, or performance-driven businesses)
  • Strong experience with Buyer Personas and Customer Journeys in practice
  • Proven ownership of a B2B website as a growth channel
  • Hands-on SEO experience (not just coordination)
  • Strong written English (content, positioning, messaging)
  • Proven experience managing founders’ personal social profiles (LinkedIn)
  • Experience working closely with sales or founders
  • High level of autonomy and ownership

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in iGaming, AI, SaaS, or performance-based services
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads
  • Basic CRO or conversion optimization background
