Partnership Manager

Responsibilities:
✦ Search and selection of partners, contractors, and handling white label requests.
✦ Development and expansion of the partnership network across Ukraine and the EU.
✦ Maintaining effective and ongoing communication with existing partners.
✦ Providing ad-hoc resources for IT projects through the partner network.
✦ Managing relationships with subcontractors (agreements, reporting, documentation, payment control).
✦ Working with and expanding the internal partnership database (updates, optimization, structuring).
✦ Exploring new collaboration formats and improving partnership workflows.
Requirements:
✦ 1+ year of experience in a similar role within the IT outsourcing/outstaffing sector.
✦ Strong understanding of the IT services market and partnership models.
✦ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with teamwork experience.
✦ Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
✦ Sales and negotiation experience.
✦ Proactive mindset and ownership attitude.
✦ English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken).
