Linkbuilder Team Lead (Reddit)

We are looking for a Linkbuilding Team Lead (Reddit) — a process-driven expert who will lead the launch of a new direction. We need someone who understands how Reddit works, can navigate platform limitations, and turn organic discussions into a consistent flow of targeted traffic.

🧲 What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with Reddit
• Hands-on experience with antidetect browsers, proxies, cookies, and user agents
• Ability to build and manage the full account lifecycle: from setup and warm-up to stable posting
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance through metrics such as conversions, registrations, and deposits
• Experience in building and documenting processes (SOPs, guidelines, workflows)
• Proven leadership skills: hiring, mentoring, and developing team members
• Ability to scale successful strategies and quickly adapt to platform changes

🧲 Nice to have:

• Experience with process automation (scripts, tools)
• Experience with other UGC platforms such as Quora, X (Twitter), Discord, etc.

🧲 Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a team of Reddit specialists (3–10 people), including hiring and development
• Design and implement the full account lifecycle (setup, warm-up, scaling)
• Organize regular posting of content and comments with native link placements
• Ensure content quality and compliance with subreddit rules and platform guidelines
• Analyze behavioral and technical signals to identify risks, test hypotheses, and improve account stability
• Track and manage key KPIs such as registrations, deposits, and overall profitability
• Optimize workflows and introduce scalable solutions
• Prepare regular performance reports for the team and individual contributors
