Marketing / Business Analyst Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing / BA Specialist (part-time) who combines strong digital marketing expertise with solid business analysis skills.

This role is ideal for a specialist who not only launches and optimizes campaigns, but also understands tracking architecture, collaborates closely with technical teams, and transforms marketing data into actionable business insights.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 Marketing & Analytics

  • Set up, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and others.
  • Work with analytics tools, including Google Analytics (GA4), Power BI, Meta Analytics, etc.
  • Configure and maintain accurate: UTM tracking, Conversion tracking, Pixel setup (Google, Meta, BlissPoint, etc.). Event tracking to ensure proper conversion and revenue attribution
  • Implement and support server-side tracking solutions (e.g., Meta Conversions API, Google Ads API) to improve attribution accuracy.
  • Conduct marketing data audits, identify discrepancies, and resolve reporting issues.
  • Optimize data collection processes and improve conversion performance.
     

 Business Analysis & Documentation

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Create clear documentation for technical teams, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Prepare performance and channel reports for different stakeholders.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum environments, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams.
     

 Collaboration with Technical Teams

  • Partner with Tech Leads and IT Support to implement and configure technical solutions.
  • Contribute to API integrations and server-side implementations to enhance tracking and data reliability.
  • Support the integration of marketing technologies with internal systems (e.g., DataBricks, S3).
  • Participate in launching new features and implementing system improvements.
     

Client Interaction

  • Communicate with clients to gather requirements and align solutions with their business goals.
  • Translate client feedback and business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Ensure successful implementation through cross-functional collaboration.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong experience in digital marketing and performance analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with tracking infrastructure and marketing technologies.
  • Proven background in business analysis and documentation.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, server-side tracking, and technical integrations.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and data accuracy.
