Graphic Designer
As a Graphic Designer, you will bring our brand to life through impactful visuals across digital, marketing, and event channels. From sleek web assets and campaign creatives to standout presentations and event graphics, you’ll craft designs that captivate audiences and drive results. Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll ensure brand consistency while infusing fresh, innovative ideas that keep our visuals ahead of the curve.
What You Will Do
- Digital Design: Create visually stunning website visuals, landing page elements, and digital ads that enhance user experience and drive results.
- Presentation Design: Develop brand-aligned presentations for internal and external use, including sales decks, reports, and conferences.
- Marketing Campaign Assets: Design banners, pop-ups, and other digital assets to support marketing campaigns with high-impact visuals.
- Event Graphics: Craft large-scale designs for tradeshow backwalls, roll-ups, and event displays that leave a lasting impression.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
Trend Spotting: Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Creativity with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency
- Problem-solving and teamwork skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Clear communication skills with fluency in English
- Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn new tools and trends
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
- Knowledge of animation/motion tools (Svgator, After Effects, Animate, Character Animator, Premiere) is a plus
Familiarity with AI tools (DALL·E, MidJourney) for concept generation and workflow optimization is a plus
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio (digital ads, presentations, print)
- Experience in both digital and print design
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished work under tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher)
- No restrictions on business travel
