Sloboda Studio is a software development company providing outsourcing and outstaffing services for startups and growing businesses. We focus on long-term partnerships and building dedicated development teams.
Currently, our marketing structure includes:
3 Lead Generation Specialists
1 Data Researcher
We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will take full ownership of marketing strategy, structure processes, and scale predictable pipeline generation. To build and lead a structured, data-driven marketing system that generates qualified leads, strengthens brand positioning, and supports sustainable revenue growth. This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the B2B marketing strategy for outsourcing / outstaffing
- Build and scale inbound and outbound marketing
- Own and grow key channels:
-Website (positioning, conversion, content)
-LinkedIn (organic + outbound)
-Upwork / similar platforms
- Develop and manage social presence:
-LinkedIn (primary)
-Facebook, Instagram, YouTube (brand & demand support)
- Generate MQLs and SQLs and work closely with Sales on deal closure
- Take responsibility for Marketing Sourced Revenue
- Research and validate new markets, niches, ICPs
- Test and validate hypotheses (offers, channels, messaging)
- Lead or actively participate in company rebranding & positioning
- Build marketing analytics, dashboards, and reporting
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in B2B marketing
- Proven experience in IT outsourcing / outstaffing / IT services
- Strong track record of impact on revenue and deals
- Deep understanding of inbound & outbound marketing
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn as a B2B growth channel
- Experience with Upwork or similar platforms
- Strong analytical mindset, ownership mentality
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach

- Marketing Sourced Revenue
- Marketing-generated pipeline
- MQL โ SQL โ Deal conversion rates
- CAC, LTV, Marketing ROI
- Revenue by channel (LinkedIn, Upwork, Website)
- Speed of hypothesis validation
What success looks like:
- Marketing consistently generates qualified pipeline
- Clear contribution to closed deals and revenue
- Scalable inbound and outbound channels
- Data-driven decisions, fast hypothesis validation
Nice to have:
- Experience with US / EU markets
- Understanding of long B2B sales cycles
- Rebranding or repositioning experience
- Experience building marketing from scratch
