PSP Tech Integration Manager

We are now looking for a PSP Integration Manager who will become a key link between our platform and payment service providers. Your primary mission is to integrate, configure, and optimize PSPs to ensure stable, fast, and efficient transactions, while building scalable payment processes. You will drive technical communication, monitor key performance metrics, and directly influence how our payment infrastructure operates.
This role is for someone who wants not just to “handle integrations,” but to design scalable flows, improve PSP collaboration, launch new markets, and optimize payment solutions globally. You’ll have the freedom to test hypotheses, refine routing logic, run A/B tests, and shape the system for maximum efficiency.
Your main responsibilities:
- Integrate and support PSPs, payment methods, APMs, and other providers, ensuring stable configurations and optimal transaction routing.
- Design and improve cascading logic, fallback flows, and A/B tests to increase approval rates.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for PSPs: integrations, updates, and incident support.
- Analyze transaction flows, identify bottlenecks, and propose technical improvements together with Product and Development teams.
- Monitor payment metrics, investigate anomalies, and maintain dashboards for key KPIs.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Treasury, and BizDev to support launches, resolve incidents, and drive automation.
You’re a great fit if you have:
- Experience in PSP integrations or Payments (minimum 2 years).
- Solid understanding of APIs and Webhooks – REST, callbacks, and PSP technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience integrating PSPs, gateways, APMs, wallets, or card processors.
- Knowledge of routing/cascading logic: approval flows, fallback, retries, limits, and currency handling.
- Technical troubleshooting skills: logs, response codes, latency analysis, transaction anomalies.
- Experience with PSP dashboards, payment panels, and reconciliation tools.
- Strong analytical skills – working with KPIs, decline reasons, conversion metrics (SQL/BI is a plus).
- Experience in documenting technical configs, integration requirements, and provider settings.
- Understanding of PCI, KYC/AML basics, fraud indicators, and provider SLAs.
