We are Fellows, an iGaming team with a strong media buying background and 5+ years on the market. We are scaling fast and are looking for a Recruiter based in Kazakhstan who can actually close strong Media Buyer positions, not just collect CVs.
 

What is critical for us:

• Experience working inside a media buying team or recruitment agency
• Proven Media Buyer hires in iGaming (Facebook, Google, UAC, PPC, etc.)
• Strong understanding of the market: where to source media buyers, what motivates them, how to properly “sell” the offer and the team
• Ability to manage candidates end-to-end: from first contact to onboarding
   

Responsibilities:

• Independently close Media Buyer (iGaming) roles
• Proactively hunt candidates (no reliance on inbound only)
• Conduct initial screenings and properly assess media buyers

• Improve hiring funnel and recruitment approaches
