Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Remote (CET Timezone alignment required)
Contract Type: 4-5 Month Fixed Term (with possibility of permanent conversion)
The Role
We are entering a "Hyper-growth" phase. Between our R&D expansion and our new Operations center, we have 50+ open roles scheduled for Q1/Q2 2026.
To achieve this, we are deploying a specialized "Tiger Team" of 4-5 Recruiters.
You will likely be assigned a mix of high-touch Technical roles and high-volume Operations roles.
The Scale:
- R&D (20+ roles): Specialized engineering roles (Node.js, TypeScript, Cryptography, Leadership) where quality and precision matter most.
- Operations (20-30 roles): Fast-paced hiring for Customer Support, Compliance, and Client Funds, Treasury Back Office, Middle Office, and Reconciliation staff. Speed and efficiency are key here.

No Crypto Experience Required:
We are looking for recruiting excellence. Whether you have hired Backend Engineers or Customer Service Agents, if you know how to screen, schedule, and close, we want you. We will teach you the industry jargon.
What You'll Do
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the pipeline from "Search" to "Signature."
- Streamlined Process: You will coordinate live technical interviews, ensuring a respectful and fast experience for candidates.
- Multi-Geography Strategy: You will source talent following our hub structure:
- Sofia, Bulgaria: High-volume staffing for our Operations & Back Office center (Compliance, Client Funds, Treasury Back Office, Middle Office, and Reconciliation staff) + Technical staff.
- Ticino, Switzerland: Sourcing specialized Backend Engineers (Node.js/TS) and Treasury staff willing to work onsite.
- Zagreb, Croatia: Sourcing Engineers, as well as Product & Design talent.
- Remote (Europe): Sourcing senior specialists who work within CET hours.
- Hiring Manager Sync: Partner with the "Heads of" verticals. You will act as the filter, saving their time by only presenting top-tier, culturally aligned candidates.
- Screening: Run the initial screening. For Operations roles, you will specifically test for English proficiency (C1/C2) and empathy/communication skills.
The Open Roles (Preview)
- Operations (High Volume): Customer Support Agents, Payment Operations Specialists, and Client Funds, Treasury Back Office, Middle Office, and Reconciliation staff.
- R&D (High Precision): Head of Trading, Backend Engineers (Node.js/TypeScript), Front-end Engineers (React), Mobile Engineers.
What We're Looking For
- Recruiting Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- High-Volume Capability: You have experience handling multiple open requisitions simultaneously. You don't get overwhelmed by 20+ active candidates in a pipeline.
- English Mastery: Strong professional English is non-negotiable. You will assess candidates from all over Europe, especially for our customer-facing Operations roles.
- Hunter Mindset: You are comfortable reaching out to candidates on LinkedIn (for Tech) and managing job board inflows (for Ops).
- Adaptability: You can switch gears instantly. You might interview a "Head of Security" at 10:00 AM and a "Junior Support Agent" at 11:00 AM.
