What you’ll do:

🔹 Own the full recruitment lifecycle

🔹 Drive hiring strategy and analytics

🔹 Partner closely with hiring managers

🔹 Source and engage passive talent

🔹 Strengthen our employer brand in the tech community

What we’re looking for:

▪ 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (tech roles required, fintech is a plus)

▪ Strong understanding of IT market & technologies

▪ Experience with ATS & recruitment analytics

▪ Upper-Intermediate English+ Russian (MUST)

▪ Strategic mindset & high ownership
