Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Revenue-Focused Email Marketing Manager who will own and grow email-driven revenue across both ecosystems.

This is not just a campaign execution role, you will be accountable for measurable revenue growth.

The role is ideal for:

Success is measured by revenue impact and automation growth.

 Key Responsibilities

• Grow total email revenue across Canaflora and OnlyBlooms brands
• Build and optimize lifecycle automations (Welcome, Abandoned Checkout, Post-Purchase, Win Back, etc.)
• Increase automation revenue share
• Plan and execute campaign calendars across brands
• Improve segmentation and monetization of subscriber lists
• Run structured weekly experiments (A/B tests, offer testing, timing tests)
• Track and report revenue performance and KPIs

• Total Email Revenue

• Month-over-month revenue growth

 Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on email marketing experience in B2C e-commerce
• Experience building and executing lifecycle flows
• Strong understanding of segmentation and performance metrics
• Ability to work independently (no micromanagement)
• Strong written English (B2+)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Shopify Email, Klaviyo, or other ESPs
• Experience managing multiple brands or stores
• Experience in seasonal or high-repeat purchase businesses
• Revenue-driven mindset
