Operations Coordinator
We are looking for an organized, proactive Assistant-Coordinator to support our team and leadership in day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on role that combines coordination, administrative support, and operational tasks. Itβs a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, structure, and keeping things running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and daily coordination for the manager
- Track tasks and deadlines, follow up on ongoing activities
- Maintain and update internal team information (employee list, important dates, etc.)
- Organize team-related activities (birthdays, gifts, small events)
- Handle administrative and office-related tasks
- Coordinate purchases, vendors, and deliveries
- Support with operational processes in internal systems (ERP / CRM)
- Ensure data is up to date and processes are followed
- Assist with ad hoc tasks, including occasional offline activities (pickup, organization, arrangement, etc.).
Requirements:
- Experience as an Assistant, Coordinator, Office Manager, or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working with different types of tasks, including administrative and operational
Nice to have:
- Experience with ERP / CRM systems
- Experience supporting teams or managers
- Experience organizing internal activities or events
