Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an organized, proactive Assistant-Coordinator to support our team and leadership in day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on role that combines coordination, administrative support, and operational tasks. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, structure, and keeping things running smoothly.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and daily coordination for the manager
  • Track tasks and deadlines, follow up on ongoing activities
  • Maintain and update internal team information (employee list, important dates, etc.)
  • Organize team-related activities (birthdays, gifts, small events)
  • Handle administrative and office-related tasks
  • Coordinate purchases, vendors, and deliveries
  • Support with operational processes in internal systems (ERP / CRM)
  • Ensure data is up to date and processes are followed
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks, including occasional offline activities (pickup, organization, arrangement, etc.).

 

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Assistant, Coordinator, Office Manager, or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable working with different types of tasks, including administrative and operational

Nice to have:

  • Experience with ERP / CRM systems
  • Experience supporting teams or managers
  • Experience organizing internal activities or events
