Lead Generation Specialist (LinkedIn)

We’re looking for a Middle Lead Generation Specialist (LinkedIn) to help AppRecode consistently find and engage high-quality clients in the DevOps & Cloud market worldwide. You’ll own LinkedIn outbound end‑to‑end: from ICP research and list building to message testing and warm lead handoff to Sales.

The pace is fast, the focus is on quality over volume, and the goal is to generate visible pipeline results week by week — primarily in US / Canada / UK markets.

 

Responsibilities

  • Research and qualify target accounts and leads (ICP) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Create and iterate personalized outreach sequences for:
    • CTO, VP of Engineering, DevOps Lead, Head of Infrastructure, IT Director
  • Run LinkedIn outbound campaigns:
    • connection requests, follow‑ups, InMail (when relevant)
  • Maintain a clean, structured lead database (e.g., Google Sheets / Notion / Excel)
  • Track and improve key funnel metrics:
    • acceptance rate, reply rate, conversion rate
  • Conduct A/B tests on messaging, positioning, and targeting to improve performance
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to hand off warm, qualified leads with context

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of lead generation experience in IT outsourcing
  • Strong hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Good understanding of the IT services market: DevOps / Cloud / outsourcing
  • English — Upper‑Intermediate (B2)+, strong written communication (must-have)
  • Ability to write short, value‑focused, personalized messages (no spammy templates)
  • Strong ownership and organization skills (you can keep lead data structured and usable)

 

Nice to have

  • Experience with LinkedIn automation tools (Expandi, PhantomBuster) — mindful and compliant usage
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps / Cloud (enough to speak the client’s language)
  • Familiarity with Apollo.io / Hunter.io for contact discovery
  • Cold email outreach experience
  • Basic B2B copywriting skills
  • Experience working with US / EU / UK markets
