About Us

Koscom Cable is a nationwide telecom and fiber construction subcontractor serving leading ISPs and utility companies. We specialize in outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) construction, fiber splicing, drop bury, and cable fulfillment services. We’re expanding our business pipeline and looking for a proactive Lead Generator to help us identify and connect with more prospects: primes, and subcontractors.

Role Overview

The Lead Generator will be responsible for researching, identifying, and reaching out new leads. You will use a combination of digital platforms (LinkedIn, email campaigns, Facebook forums, Reddit discussions, and industry groups) to connect with decision-makers, introduce Koscom’s services, and set up meetings for our Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Research
Identify target companies, primes, ISPs, and contractors in the telecom and utility sectors.
Use LinkedIn, industry directories, RFP platforms, and online communities to map out decision-makers.
Outreach & Engagement
Execute outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, Facebook groups, Reddit forums, RFP/bidding platforms.
Join relevant discussions and forums, positioning Koscom Cable as a credible subcontractor/partner.
Generate interest and set up introductory calls or meetings for the Business Development team.
Reporting & Tracking
Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and lead status in CRM.
Provide reports on lead generation performance, opportunities, and pipeline growth.


Requirements

Proven extensive experience in B2B lead generation at least 6 month, preferably in telecom, construction, utilities, IT, or other technical segments of the US market.
Strong knowledge of outreach tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to engage professionally in direct messaging.
Ability to execute challenging searches.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
Perseverance over monotonous tasks, while not losing overall strategic view in the midst of routine.
Excellent accuracy with documents and CRM
You have your own modern PC/Laptop with access to high-speed and redundant Internet, and your home electricity is stable and backed up.
