Senior Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead and grow enterprise-level client accounts. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to key clients, driving long-term collaboration, identifying expansion opportunities, and owning revenue growth within your portfolio.
This position requires strong commercial expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders across multiple levels.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with enterprise clients
- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives, technology landscape, and growth strategy
- Identify and proactively drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs
- Propose relevant IT services and solutions that support clients’ strategic and operational goals
- Monitor account health, client satisfaction, and delivery performance
- Resolve escalations and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular business reviews to discuss performance, strategic alignment, and new initiatives
- Own revenue targets and drive account growth through structured commercial planning and expansion strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management within the IT industry, with a strong focus on enterprise clients
- Proven track record of successfully growing and upselling enterprise accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect IT solutions to client ROI and strategic outcomes
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships across departments and time zones
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable working cross-functionally with delivery, finance, and executive teams
- English level: Advanced
