Junior HR Generalist / Talent Sourcer

HR:

โ€” 1+ year of experience in HR/People Operations, understanding employee lifecycle.
โ€” Experience with HR documentation and metrics.
โ€” Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
โ€” English level โ€” B2


Sourcing:

โ€” 1+ year of sourcing experience (IT โ€” strong advantage).
โ€” Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.
โ€” Ability to engage passive candidates and meet KPIs.


๐Ÿ”น Responsibilities:


HR:

โ€” Support onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain HR records.
โ€” Track vacations, sick leaves, overtime, accruals, and balances.
โ€” Support HR policies, guidelines, and process improvements.
โ€” Handle operational HR requests from employees.


Sourcing:

โ€” Allocate 50% workload to sourcing; manage 2 vacancies per month.
โ€” Identify and engage top candidates via LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
โ€” Conduct initial screening and transfer qualified candidates to the recruiter.
โ€” Deliver weekly/monthly KPIs (performance-based bonus for successfully closed positions).

โ€” Familiarity with outstaffing models.
