Junior HR Generalist / Talent Sourcer
๐น Requirements:
HR:
โ 1+ year of experience in HR/People Operations, understanding employee lifecycle.
โ Experience with HR documentation and metrics.
โ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
โ English level โ B2
Sourcing:
โ 1+ year of sourcing experience (IT โ strong advantage).
โ Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.
โ Ability to engage passive candidates and meet KPIs.
๐น Responsibilities:
HR:
โ Support onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain HR records.
โ Track vacations, sick leaves, overtime, accruals, and balances.
โ Support HR policies, guidelines, and process improvements.
โ Handle operational HR requests from employees.
Sourcing:
โ Allocate 50% workload to sourcing; manage 2 vacancies per month.
โ Identify and engage top candidates via LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
โ Conduct initial screening and transfer qualified candidates to the recruiter.
โ Deliver weekly/monthly KPIs (performance-based bonus for successfully closed positions).
