During this internship, you will:
- Learn how to source candidates and communicate with international teams.
- Gain insights into the IT outsourcing industry with the guidance of experienced mentors.
- Have the opportunity to receive a job offer (part-time or full-time) based on your performance.

- Remote and flexible hours (20/40 hours per week).
- Weekly mentorship and practical tasks.

Requirements:
- Strong interest in IT recruitment and a desire to learn about the outsourcing industry.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Motivation to grow professionally and participate in weekly mentor calls.
- Good command of English (B2+ level) for communication with international teams and candidates.
- Knowledge of additional languages (Ukrainian, Polish, Spanish, Serbian, etc.) is a plus.

Key responsibilities include:
- Learning to source IT candidates using LinkedIn and other tools.
- Building and optimizing your LinkedIn profile as a recruiter.
- Understanding the IT outsourcing industry and recruitment processes.
- Attending weekly webinars and mentorship check-ins.
- Completing practical recruitment tasks and meeting deadlines.
