Middle Account Manager

We are looking for a Middle Account Manager to build and develop long-term relationships with mid-size and growing client accounts, ensure smooth delivery, and contribute to revenue growth.

This role is ideal for an IT professional who combines strong client orientation, commercial awareness, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

β€” Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients
β€” Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals and technology landscape to identify growth and support opportunities
β€” Identify client needs and support upsell and cross-sell initiatives
β€” Ensure smooth service delivery in close cooperation with engineering teams
β€” Monitor account health, client satisfaction, and operational performance
β€” Proactively identify risks and escalate when necessary
β€” Conduct regular check-ins and performance sync meetings with clients
β€” Support commercial discussions and contract renewal processes
β€” Contribute to revenue growth through account development initiatives

Requirements:

β€” 3+ years of experience in Account Management or a related role (Project Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager) within the IT industry
β€” Proven experience managing commercial conversations and supporting upsell initiatives
β€” Strong communication and relationship-building skills
β€” Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requests for delivery teams
β€” Experience working with cross-functional teams (delivery, finance, recruitment)
β€” Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously
β€” Strong problem-solving skills and client-oriented mindset
β€” English level: Advanced
